Interior
Available with interchangeable core. 

1 - 1" (25mm) Throw deadbolt with concealed hardened steel roller.
2 - Unique individual spring on exterior and interior side of lever to prevent lever sag.
3 - 1/2" (13mm) Throw universal deadlatch reversible RH/LH, adjustable front for flat or beveled doors.  UL Listed 3 hour rated.
4 - Precision solid brass 6 pin tumbler cylinders with nickel silver pins.
5 - Key removable outside lever for quick rekeying or cylinder replacement.
General Specifications - Simultaneous retraction on both latch and deadbolts form inside by turning the lever in a panic-proof exit situation.  Top lock is heavy duty deadbolt with the bottom lock having a cylinderical body.  High security with a double locking point using the keyed lock function.

    • 6 pin solid brass "C" keyway standard.  Schlage C-K, Russwin D1, Corbin 60, Sargent LA, Falcon/Weiser E, Arrow, Yale 8, Lori 1539 and 1590 cylinders (optional).
  • Strike
    • Standard "T" strike furnished with lock set, 2 3/4" x 1 1/8" square strike with deadbolt. 
  • Finishes
    • 626: (US26D) Satin Chrome
    • 605: (US3) Polished Brass
    • 613: (US10B) Oil Rubbed Bronze
    • Other finishes available with leadtime.
  • Housing
    • Steel and Zinc dichromate finish for rust resistance.
  • Trim
    • Lever design as in picture.
    • Lever length 4 1/2", with a 3/8" return. 

  • Escutcheon
    • 6 7/8" x 2 5/8" brass plated.  Packed with interior escutcheon.
  • Functions
    • Classroom, storeroom, and dummy available upon request.
  • Deadbolt
    • 1" throw. Brass with hardened steel pin.  Adjustable 2 3/4" or 2 3/8" (front 2 1/4" x 1 1/8" square)
  • Latchbolt
    • "UL" listed for 3 hour doors.
    • 2 3/4" standard backset, 1/2" throw front 2 1/4" x 1 1/8", 2 3/8" backset is optional.
  • How To Order
    • When ordering HILFA design, replace design name.  Example: HIL-OO in HILFLA design is HILFLA-00
Indicated deadbolts are available with Interchangeable Core - Interchangeable Core deadbolts will accept compatible 6 or 7 pin cores with BEST, FALCON and ARROW. Prefix "IC" before part number. 


HIL-30

 Entrance, Single Locking
Deadbolt thrown or retracted by key in upper lock from outside or by inside turn unit.  Latchbolt retracted by lever from either side, lever retracts deadbolts and latchbolt simultaneously for immediate exit.


HIL-00

 Entrance, Double Locking
Deadbolt thrown or retracted by key in upper lock from outside or by inside turn unit.  Deadlatch retracted by key in outer when locked by pushing turn-button in inner lever.  Outer lever may be fixed in locked position by rotating turn-button.  Turning inside lever retracts deadbolt and latchbolt simultaneously for immediate exit.
